Damaged Product?

Unfortunately, products may sometimes be damaged during transport. In such cases, we will send you a replacement product free of charge the first time, but we cannot offer a refund. If the issue occurs again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

At the shipping step, you will see your confirmed address details and that shipping is completely free. This is our way of thanking our customers. Then click “Continue to Payment”.

Lost Package?
